Anger, cleared
at the source
If you go from calm to furious faster than you would like, it is not a character flaw. It is a charge sitting underneath, firing on cue. Clear that, and the fuse gets a lot longer.
Anger is a trigger, not who you are
Every trigger you carry has a structure to it, built from past experience and conditioning. Anger is one of them. Something familiar happens, the old charge fires, and the reaction is out before you have thought about it.
Most people try to manage that in the moment, counting to ten, walking away, holding it in. That has its place, but it leaves the charge underneath untouched, which is why it keeps coming back, often over things that do not really warrant it.
When we work with that charge directly, most people find the trigger simply stops firing the way it used to. The heat comes out of the situation, you respond instead of react, and the people around you feel the difference.
Not managing it, resolving it
Anger management and counselling can help, and they are usually ongoing, something you keep coming back to. I work the other way around. Rather than bracing for the next flare-up, I go to the charge underneath and clear it at the source, so there is genuinely less to manage in the first place. It sits alongside any medical support you already have rather than replacing it.
Anger, answered
Is this the same as anger management?
No. Anger management mostly teaches you to control or contain anger in the moment. This goes underneath to the charge that fires the anger in the first place, and clears it, so there is less to manage. Different starting point, different result.
Can anger really be cleared, or only controlled?
Every trigger you carry has a structure to it, built from past experience and conditioning. When we work with that charge directly, most people find the trigger simply stops firing the way it used to, rather than having to white-knuckle their way through it.
What if I snap over small things, or go from zero to a hundred?
That fast, out-of-proportion reaction is a sign the charge underneath is doing the heavy lifting, not the situation itself. When we clear that charge, the fuse gets a lot longer, and the small things stop setting you off.
How fast does it work?
Many people feel a shift quickly. Deeper or long-standing patterns take a short series. I will tell you honestly what I think you need after a free call.
Does it work online, or do I need to come to the Gold Coast?
Both. In person sessions run at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, and online sessions run worldwide over video. Clients report the online work landing just as well.
Even though I was skeptical at first, I can't begin to explain how fast and dramatically we achieved amazing results. Brilliant.
